Let The Games Begin!

The 2018 Winter Olympics are here! Get that corn a poppin’, grab a cold beer, and dial in that schedule so you can pull up a front row seat on the couch. After all, it’s the World Stage for sports with over 92 countries competeing and the Opening Ceremonies begin tomorrow! 

 What are you excited to watch? Alpine skiing? Curling? Figure Skating? You know you love it! How about Snowboarding? This year we have two riders competing in the Games for the first time in our history of being a brand. That my friends is really exciting. Kyle Mack. Kyle is a beast on a snowboard and will be competeing in both Slopesytle and Big Air. Second rider is Matti Schmitt from Argentina. He also will be in Slopestyle as well.  

 Boys and girls this is huge! Sure, there are riders out there that don’t find the Olympics to be particulary that intereting or good for the sport, too bad. It’s safe to say that most of the world watches with excitment and curiousity on what will unfold. Think about it a Gold Medal in the Games can change a person’s life for ever. And a lot of the atheltes life journeys to get here are pretty remarkable. So, here you go! Below is the scehdule of events for Snowboarding in the 2018 Winter Games.

The Games will be broadcast on NBC, NBCSN and across the networks of NBC Universal. Every Olympic event will be available to stream live and on-demand on NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports app.
